Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at Michaels stores (e.g., children's birthday parties and craft classes)
• Engage with clients and guests of all ages to create a fun, creative environment
• Demonstrate crafts and lead activities; assist with party add-ons (goody bags, balloons)
• Coordinate with store team, manage communications, and complete administrative tasks
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs; set up and break down events
