Fabletics in Torrance, CA is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Del Amo Fashion Center location. You will lead a high-energy team to deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-store and online channels, while driving sales and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will recruit, train, and develop 10 to 12 Associates and Supervisors, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and uphold our culture and values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience as a retail manager.
• Strong knowledge of active lifestyle products and customer trends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Ability to manage a large team and motivate employees.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and sales to achieve targets.
• Recruit, hire and train store associates and supervisors.
• Drive customer engagement through events and promotions.
• Oversee payroll, inventory and store paperwork.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Inventory Planning and Fulfillment.
• Develop store merchandising guidelines for easy shopping.
