Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group – Foster Manufacturing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO. The CSR will handle high-volume calls, process orders, and coordinate with production to confirm ship dates, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requires a high school diploma and customer service experience; strong Excel and CRM skills preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch, with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and outbound lead

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Print orders, organize back orders, file paperwork, mail invoices
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Work closely with Production Scheduler to determine new ship dates
• Enter customer orders accurately & efficiently
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Generate leads with outbound calls to new & existing accounts
• Follow communication procedures and update ERP data
• Perform other related duties as assigned
