Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items according to recipes.
• Follow production standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Inspect and clean kitchen equipment, surfaces, and storage areas.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager about item availability (86s).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
