You will follow recipes and production standards, maintain sanitation, and work closely with the Kitchen Manager to keep the line moving during busy nights and weekends. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute ideas and improve kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Thrive in fast paced environments with a focus on teamwork.
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights and weekends.
• High school diploma, culinary degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in restaurants or clubs.
• ServSafe Food Handler Card required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Equipment and utensils knowledge.
• Health, safety, and sanitation procedures awareness.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and complete final production of hot and cold food items.
• Follow recipes and production standards to ensure quality.
• Inspect and clean kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and service areas.
• Communicate with Kitchen Manager when items are unavailable (86's).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per management directives.
