Silverado Apartments in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet guests, conduct tours, and drive occupancy by turning inquiries into leases. You will use Yardi Voyager to manage activity and follow up with prospects, while delivering excellent resident experiences and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a proven ability to close sales, with compensation of $18–$21 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Weekend availability may be required.

• Apartment leasing or proven sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create genuine connections.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objections.
• Energetic, personable, and motivated with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Greet and connect with prospective and current residents, creating a welcoming experience.
• Conduct engaging apartment tours and showcase homes, amenities, and features.
• Build relationships with prospects and match them with the right home.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, emails, and other outreach.
