Saddle Brook Apartments in Dallas is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants from inquiry to move-in, delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Leveraging strong sales and customer service, you will build rapport, follow up regularly, and use Yardi Voyager to manage leasing activity while maintaining accurate records and supporting occupancy goals. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Apartment leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and confidently ask for the lease.
• Professional, engaging, and dependable.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Yardi Voyager or property management software experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work property schedules, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenities.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and help drive occupancy.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate records.
• Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activity.
• Support resident retention and overall property performance.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional leasing environment.
