Job summary

Silverado Apartments in Frisco, TX, is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet guests, conduct tours, and drive occupancy by turning inquiries into leases. The role requires a proven ability to close sales, with compensation of $18–$21 per hour plus monthly bonuses. Weekend availability may be required.

Gaines Investment Trust is looking for an energetic and motivated Leasing Professional to join our team at Silverado Apartments in Frisco.

We're looking for an experienced Leasing Professional who is confident, engaging, and driven to achieve results. If you enjoy meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, following up with prospects, and closing the deal, this could be a great opportunity to grow with our team.

What You'll Do

• Greet and connect with prospective and current residents, creating a warm and welcoming experience
• Conduct engaging apartment tours and showcase available homes, amenities, and community features
• Build relationships with prospects and uncover their needs to match them with the right home
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Follow up consistently with prospects through phone calls, texts, emails, and other outreach
• Drive occupancy by converting leads into tours, tours into applications, and applications into leases
• Confidently present pricing, availability, features, and community benefits
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate records
• Use Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activity and follow-up
• Support resident retention and overall property performance
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming leasing environment

What We're Looking For

• Apartment leasing or proven sales experience strongly preferred
• A confident sales professional who enjoys meeting goals and closing opportunities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create genuine connections
• Comfortable asking for the sale and overcoming objectionsEnergetic, personable, and motivated with a positive attitude
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Yardi Voyager or property management software experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work the property's leasing schedule, including weekends as needed
