CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Imperial 41 in Bonita Springs, FL. This role offers the opportunity to help prospective residents find their perfect home with exceptional customer service and engaging property tours.

You will qualify leads, conduct tours, explain benefits, assist with applications, and support marketing efforts to drive occupancy and retention for Imperial 41. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are available within CAPREIT.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of multifamily housing experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart.
• Experience with property management software (RealPage, OneSite, Entrata and/or Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and qualifying prospective residents and conducting tours.
• Highlighting community features and benefits to prospects.
• Assisting with the application process and follow-up.
• Participating in marketing and outreach activities.
• Processing rental applications in a timely manner.
• Answering resident and prospect inquiries and supporting occupancy goals.
