Imperial Palms Apartments, a 638-unit 55+ community in Largo, FL, seeks a Leasing Consultant who can convert leads to leases using relationships, follow-up, and strong closing skills. Proficiency with leasing platforms, CRM, digital marketing, virtual tours, and lead management is preferred.

The role markets the community, shows units, processes applications, and collaborates with the Property Manager to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction on-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of sales or related experience.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Address concerns of current and prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Market and advertise the community using a wide variety of media.
• Present the community and its amenities positively to prospects, helping them envision the future home.
• Tour and lease units with prospects, discuss size and layout and terms of lease.
• Enter prospect and applicant information into property management software.
• Negotiate lease terms and close deals.
• Assist residents with applications and lease renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Support the Property Manager and refer applicants to other Goodman Group communities.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and OSHA standards.
