Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience working with children in a structured setting such as youth coaching, teaching, physical education, gymnastics, martial arts, youth fitness, or camp programming.
• At least one year of experience leading group activities for children, including giving instructions, managing transitions, maintaining engagement, and addressing challenging behavior.
• Experience communicating directly with parents or caregivers about a child’s progress, participation, or behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes that make an impact by coaching groups of 6-15 children aged 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum provided by HQ, supporting physical, cognitive, and character development.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivating, and professional presence throughout class.
• Demonstrate exercises, guide proper technique, and provide hands-on support to keep children safe and progressing.
• Ensure classes start and finish on time and follow the curriculum pace.
