Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience working with children in a structured setting (e.g., coaching, teaching, youth programs).
• At least one year leading group activities for children, including instruction, transitions, engagement, and behavior management.
• Experience communicating with parents or caregivers about a child’s progress or participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes that are engaging and age-appropriate for groups of 6–15 children (12 months to 11 years).
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum to support physical, cognitive, and character development.
