KidStrong in McKinney, TX seeks an energetic Coach to deliver engaging, 45-minute classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old. You’ll mentor families, demonstrate movements, and ensure safety and progress in every session.

The role requires a passion for kids, high energy, strong communication with caregivers, and a minimum 20 hours per week including evenings/weekends. CPR/AED certification is required or obtained before first class.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for working with kids - non-negotiable
• High energy, strong presence and ability to hold a room of kids and parents
• Positive, motivating communication with kids and caregivers
• Minimum 20 hours/week availability, including evenings and/or weekends
• CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain before first class)
• Physically active — move around floor and up to 50 lbs per shift

Aufgaben

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week)
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session — not just athletic skills
• Physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and keep kids safe and progressing
• Build authentic relationships by mentoring kids and families before, during, and after class
• Guide parents through the class flow — they're part of the experience too
• Communicate the why behind our curriculum clearly and confidently
