Job summary

KidStrong, Inc. in Edmond, OK is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver our science-based curriculum to kids from crawling to 11 years old in high-energy 45-minute classes.

You will build brain, physical and character, support families, supervise safety, record attendance, and participate in ongoing training. A genuine love for kids, high energy, and CPR/AED certification are required or obtainable. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids (non-negotiable).
• High energy, strong presence, and ability to hold a room of kids and parents.
• Positive, motivating communication style with kids and caregivers.
• Minimum 20 hours/week availability, including evenings/weekends.
• CPR/AED certified or willingness to obtain before first class.
• Physically active; capable of moving equipment up to 50 lbs per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, high-energy 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week).
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session — not just athletic skills.
• Physically demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and keep every kid safe and progressing.
• Build authentic relationships by counting with and mentoring kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Guide parents through the flow of class — they're part of the experience too.
• Understand and communicate the why behind our curriculum clearly and confidently.
