Job summary

KidStrong Conshohocken seeks energetic coaches to lead 45-minute classes for ages 12 months through 11 years. You’ll deliver the KidStrong curriculum, maintain a fun, professional presence, and help kids build confidence while engaging families.

Ideal candidates have at least two years working with children in structured settings, experience leading groups, and comfort communicating progress to parents. Evening/weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience working with children in structured settings.
• At least one year leading group activities for kids and managing transitions.
• Experience communicating progress with parents or caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes of 6-15 children aged 12 months to 11 years, using the provided curriculum.
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, professional presence and ensure safety and progression.
• Greet families, learn names, celebrate milestones, and communicate progress clearly.
• Assist with center upkeep, events, and occasional lead roles during camps or special days.
• Attend staff meetings and training to develop coaching skills.
