Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a part-time Coach to deliver our science-based curriculum to kids from crawling to 11, in engaging 45-minute classes. You’ll help develop brain, body, and character while building authentic relationships with kids and families.

If you bring high energy, a love for kids, and strong communication, you’ll thrive in our supportive center. Flexible scheduling with evenings and weekends, CPR/AED certification, and opportunities for advancement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• High energy and engaging presence with groups.
• Positive, motivating communication with kids and caregivers.
• Minimum 12 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain).
• Physically active; move and demonstrate movements up to 50 lbs per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong's curriculum to kids ages crawling–11 in engaging, 45-minute classes (up to 24 hours/week).
• Develop Brain, Physical, and Character in every session.
• Demonstrate movements, support proper technique, and keep kids safe and progressing.
• Build authentic relationships with kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Guide parents through the flow of class — they're part of the experience too.
• Understand and communicate the why behind the curriculum clearly and confidently.
• Use the KidStrong Coach App to record attendance and student data.
• Review weekly programming and prepare in advance of classes.
• Complete required certifications and ongoing training.
• Support KidStrong Camps, parties, and PNO events.
• Utilize all required systems to keep accurate records of member information and deliver experiences.
