KidStrong in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a high-energy part-time Coach to deliver 45-minute classes for kids from crawling to 11 years old. You’ll lead engaging sessions, model proper technique, and help parents understand progress while keeping safety top of mind.

If you love kids, can work evenings and weekends, and hold CPR/AED certification (or will obtain before first class), you’ll join a team that values energy, relationships, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and families.
• Ability to keep groups engaged in 45-minute sessions.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before first class).

Responsibilities

• Deliver KidStrong curriculum to kids crawling–11 in energetic 45-minute classes (up to 24 hrs/week).
• Demonstrate movements, ensure safety, and progress learning.
• Build relationships with kids and families before, during, and after class.
• Guide parents through the class flow and explain curriculum briefly.
