Job summary

Wisconsin Athletic Club, LLC's North Shore Glendale location is seeking a part-time Group Fitness Instructor. You will create and present classes to deliver the best possible experience, aiming to connect members to new participants and inspire continued engagement.

Lead safe, inclusive workouts for all levels, adapt music and movements, manage equipment, and communicate with members before and after class.

Qualifications

• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Be available to substitute a minimum of six times per year.
• All Instructors should seek professional certification within one year of hire.
• Les Mills Certification required for BODYPUMP instructors.

Responsibilities

• Create and present each class to deliver the best possible experience.
• Lead classes in a way that connects members to new participants and inspires continued engagement.
• Interact with members before and after class; check in with the Front Desk and promote upcoming events.
• Monitor class flow, equipment, and safety; begin and end on time; record class participation.
