Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old.
• National certification in this format required at hire and must maintain certification.
• Ability to teach more than one format; cross training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead energizing group fitness classes under the Fitness Director's guidance.
• Build rapport with members and promote participation in YMCA programs.
• Provide safe, customer-focused guidance and wellness information.
• Maintain class attendance records and proper use of audio/studio equipment.
