Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide fast, friendly and courteous service to guests in a high-volume casino environment. You will greet guests promptly, maintain knowledge of menus and daily specials, and work closely with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications include being 18 years or older, a High School diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Six months previous customer service experience required.
• High volume experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests.
• Greet all guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain a current understanding of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures pertaining to liquor laws.
• Complete opening and closing side work daily and clock out with the manager.
• Assist guests with coats and chairs and thank them on departure.
