Job summary

Corner Market Café is seeking a Café Manager to lead daily café operations with energy and a guest-focused mindset. You will manage a team, coach staff, and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

This leadership role requires strong communication, accountability, and the ability to drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week across six days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must consent to a criminal background check and drug screening.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, energetic, guest-focused café environment daily.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, cash control, and labor management.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, organization, speed, and product quality.
• Partner with the District Manager to achieve operational, financial, and customer service goals.
