Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Oklahoma City seeks a bartender who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy dining room. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistent quality.

Must have at least 1 year of bartending experience, a valid state alcohol handler certification, and preferably POS system experience. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• Valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• POS systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions regarding menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Create beverages with consistent quality for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Keep the bar clean and organized for clear sightlines.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by proactive service and regular check-ins.
• Inform management of special requests or guest concerns.
• Show a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Multitask between bar and dining room orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails and how to fulfill orders.
• Be a team player, supporting others to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they depart and invite them to return.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
