The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartending experience, holds a State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification, and can work flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• Hold a State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer questions about the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions and policies.
• Prepare drinks consistently with quality for all guests.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work.
• Keep the bar clean and organized for clear sightlines.
• Proactively check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management on special requests.
• Maintain a positive, hospitality-focused attitude.
• Multi-task between bar and dining room orders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Support teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.
