KPOT in Colorado Springs is seeking a Bartender to deliver guest-focused service in a fast-paced All-You-Can-Eat Korean BBQ and Hot Pot setting. You will greet guests, explain the menu, and craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a lively dining room while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

1+ years of bartending experience.
Hold a valid State-Mandated Alcohol Handlers Certification.
POS experience preferred.
Able to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours).
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly.
Answer questions about menu and KPOT brand.
Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
Create drinks consistently for each guest (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
Clean and organize the bar to maintain clear sightlines.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing quality service and checking in regularly.
Inform management of special requests or concerns.
Maintain a positive, energetic, hospitality-focused attitude.
Multi-task between bar and dining room orders.
Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails and execute orders.
Be a team player and assist others as needed.
Thank guests and invite return visits.
