GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, assist customers, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Growth into store management is encouraged, with weekly pay and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays and likely second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, vehicle and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physically able to clean restrooms, take out trash and maintain outdoor areas like pumps.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt to store operations.
• Certification: Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy while helping customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
