Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain – Endzone & Loyalty to lead the athlete experience in our Pooler store. You’ll coach teammates, drive loyalty program engagement, and deliver fast, friendly checkout while building strong athlete relationships.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, and a proven ability to lead people. You’ll be part of a team that values connection, service, and winning together.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by answering product questions and maintaining presentation.
• Support department plans, staffing, and budgeting per store priorities.
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, Front End, and teammate supervision.
• Develop schedules to meet athlete traffic while achieving payroll and goals.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach teammates; ensure policy compliance.
