Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading a team or supervising teammates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop store teammates to deliver outstanding athlete experiences.
• Drive engagement in loyalty programs and services while ensuring accurate checkout.
• Partner with store leadership to plan and execute staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Maintain merchandising standards, floor sets, and customer service excellence.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies with accountability.
