The National MS Society is seeking an experienced Campaign Lead in the Northeast market to drive Bike MS and other endurance events in Greater New England. You will lead planning, events, donor stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to meet fundraising goals.

Role requires strong communication, data analysis, and ability to translate national strategies into local action. Travel within the market and occasional overnight travel are expected as part of regional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support.
• Ability to craft compelling donor communications and reports.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with donor databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Campaign Leadership & Execution: Oversee planning, logistics, and optimization of campaigns within the market.
• Revenue Accountability: Drive revenue for events from inception to completion and monitor performance.
• Strategic Adaptation & Alignment: Translate national strategies into local plans tailored to market dynamics.
• Donor & Volunteer Engagement: Cultivate, solicit, and steward mid-level donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
• Performance Management & Data Analysis: Analyze data trends, build donor profiles, and support fundraising strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to integrate campaign efforts and protect data privacy.
