Job summary

The National MS Society in Brentwood/Nashville area is seeking a senior fundraiser to lead the Endurance Bike MS campaign in the Southeast Region. This role drives revenue, cultivates top donors, activates teams, and coordinates with the AVP and regional staff to ensure strong donor experiences.

This market-based position requires up to 50% community presence and occasional travel; a proven track record in major gifts, multi-channel campaigns, and CRM usage is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive fundraising experience with donor relations and campaigns.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding fundraising goals across multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership and project management with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and meet campaign fundraising goals through donor cultivation and engagement.
• Serve as market lead fundraiser for assigned campaigns, focusing on participation, retention, and totals.
