The National MS Society is seeking an Assistant Director, Endurance Events in Cleveland, OH, hybrid role. Lead fundraising campaigns (Bike MS: Pedal to the Point; Bike MS: Bike to the Bay) across the Midwest region, manage donor relations, and drive revenue with strong collaboration and data analysis.

You’ll oversee campaign execution, work with volunteers and sponsors, and report on progress to senior leadership while ensuring compliance and mission-aligned activities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in fundraising and donor relations within a nonprofit or similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for donor communications and reports.
• Proficiency with donor databases (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; fundraising platforms a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee strategic planning, logistics, and optimization of assigned fundraising campaigns within the market.
• Drive revenue for events, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Translate national strategies into local plans and collaborate across departments for seamless execution.
• Cultivate and steward mid-level donors, sponsors, and key volunteers to drive engagement.
