Responsibilities

• Lead annual and one-time requests for Student Technology Fees.
• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests for faculty, staff, students, and guests.
• Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac, including security and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate external support when needed.
• Develop training materials and participate in IT meetings and projects.
