Job summary

You will research and implement solutions to improve end-user experience, maintain security, and support executive staff in high-stress healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years IT experience.
• In lieu of degree, 8 years IT experience may be considered.
• Experience with endpoint management and security tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions and patching.
• Configure policy enforcement and software updates across devices.
• Document processes and share with IT teams as needed.
• Collaborate to define requirements and security standards.
• Architect and implement solutions for automation and process improvements.
• Provide on-call and escalation support as needed.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines.
