Responsibilities include device deployment, configuration, and ongoing monitoring using Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and other tools. The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting endpoint devices (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android) and help desk basics.
• Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or AirWatch.
• Understanding networking basics (IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• ITIL knowledge or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line device support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of endpoints.
• Apply configurations and policies via endpoint management tools.
• Monitor security, updates, and patch management.
• Document resolutions in knowledge bases.
• Support user onboarding and training.
