Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an IT Endpoint Management Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert for endpoint management, deployment, patching, and security. You will support multiple departments and locations, implementing solutions to enhance end-user experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of IT experience or 8 years of relevant IT work, plus experience with Intune or Workspace ONE and strong communication under pressure in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years IT experience; or 8 years IT experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/Workspace ONE).
• Experience with policy enforcement, patching, software deployment, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage endpoint management solutions for software distribution, patch mgmt, and configuration mgmt.
• Configure and maintain endpoint management tools to ensure policy enforcement and security.
• Document processes and share with IT teams as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and policies based on business needs and security standards.
• Architect and implement solutions for automation, tech requirements, and process improvement.
• Provide on-call and escalation support as needed.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines.
