Job summary

Toyota Material Handling North America is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to join our Columbus, IN office. You will provide frontline support and maintenance for enterprise endpoint devices, ensuring security and policy alignment.

Responsibilities include device deployment, configuration, and ongoing monitoring using Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and other tools. The role emphasizes strong customer service and teamwork in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting endpoint devices (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android) and help desk basics.
  • Familiarity with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or AirWatch.
  • Understanding networking basics (IP, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • ITIL knowledge or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line device support and troubleshooting.
  • Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of endpoints.
  • Apply configurations and policies via endpoint management tools.
  • Monitor security, updates, and patch management.
  • Document resolutions in knowledge bases.

Join our Team as an ENDPOINT ADMINISTRATOR!
The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Endpoint Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing frontline support and maintenance for enterprise endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals. This role ensures that endpoints remain secure, up to date, and aligned with company IT policies, while offering end-users reliable access to the tools they need to perform their work. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Device Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide first-line technical support for endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
    • Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software issues.
    • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Endpoint Configuration & Deployment
    • Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of new endpoint devices.
    • Apply standard configurations and policies through endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, JAMF, NinjaOne).
    • Support onboarding of new users with device setup and configuration.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Monitor compliance with security policies (patching, antivirus, encryption).
    • Ensure endpoint devices receive timely updates and security patches.
    • Report and escalatE security-related incidents.
  • Inventory & Asset Management
    • Maintain accurate records of endpoint devices and peripherals.
    • Track hardware lifecycle and coordinate with procurement for replacements.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
    • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in knowledge base systems.
    • Provide end-user guidance and training on proper device use.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Basic knowledge of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
  • Familiarity with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, AirWatch).
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
    • Experience in a help desk or IT support environment.
    • Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident and request management.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary-$65,440 - $83,895 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
