Job summary

Allison Transmission seeks an experienced Endpoint Engineer in Indianapolis to administer Microsoft endpoint management solutions (Intune/Autopilot) and to drive device compliance across the enterprise. You will manage packaging, deployment, and patching, while enforcing standards and supporting automation via PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Group Policy.
• PowerShell scripting capability required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft endpoint management solutions (Intune/Autopilot).
• Manage software packaging, deployment, and patching across endpoints.
• Maintain enterprise device standards and configurations.
• Troubleshoot Level 4 incidents related to device mgmt and print services.
• Develop configuration baselines, policies, and compliance controls.
• Support remote management and automation using PowerShell.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on endpoint hardening.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
