Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) in Miami is seeking a full-time Endpoint Services Technician to provide technical user support for network communications and endpoint devices. You will monitor systems, troubleshoot, and act as the first contact in problem resolution while delivering professional customer service and timely ticket closure.

Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical user advice and support for network communications.
• Monitor systems and advise on application status.
• Act as first point of contact in problem determination for endpoint solutions.
• Organize and prioritize support requests.
• Install, configure, and support endpoint devices, peripherals, and software.
• Prepare, install, test, and certify endpoint configurations and drivers.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on endpoint devices.
• Close and document service center tickets.
