Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to own configuration and operation of endpoints across the enterprise. This role covers tenant setup, access control, and prebuilt integrations used in our platforms.

You will manage Intune, EntraID, Autopilot, and patching for Windows and Mac devices, while coordinating with the IT Tech Support team to reduce incidents and improve first-contact resolution. A BS in a technical field and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune Administration, EntraID, Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with device enrollment and management.
• 3–5 years of enterprise Endpoint administration and security baseline management.
• PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
• Experience configuring SaaS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune across the enterprise.
• Manage patch updates for Windows and macOS devices.
• Oversee device enrollment, profiles, compliance, deployments, baselines.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access controls for devices.
• Coordinate with IT Support to reduce incidents and improve first-contact resolution.
• Coordinate audit evidence and attestation for access controls.
