Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk/Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise endpoints, deploy via Intune and Windows Autopilot, and mentor Tier 1–2 staff. You will support Office 365, Entra ID, and security tooling while coordinating with Security and Infrastructure teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise IT, strong PowerShell skills, and a focus on endpoint security, AD, and automation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in enterprise IT desktop support with Windows 10/11 and imaging.
• 4+ years with Office 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD).
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required.
• CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+ a plus.
• Strong Active Directory and Intune/Autopilot knowledge.
• Experience with PowerShell and endpoint security tooling.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Endpoint management and zero‑touch deployment via Intune and Autopilot.
• Tier 3 escalation for Service Desk; diagnose complex OS/hardware issues.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for deployments and remediation.
• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure on Defender for Endpoint policies.
• Support Office 365 and basic LAN/WAN networking components.
• Manage asset lifecycle and standardized image maintenance.
• Create SOPs and end‑user knowledge base articles.
