Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an IT Endpoint Administrator to own the configuration and operation of the enterprise’s endpoint devices and tenant setups.

You will administer Intune, manage device enrollment, baselines, and policy deployments across Windows and Mac devices in the San Antonio area. You will partner with IT support and software teams, maintain asset records, access controls, and audit evidence for endpoint-related controls, while enabling efficient deployment pipelines and automation

Qualifications

BS in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune Administration, EntraID and Windows Autopilot.
3–5 years of experience administering enterprise Endpoint and security policies.
Experience with PowerShell scripting or automation for Endpoint administration.
Experience managing roles, permissions, and access controls across business systems.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune across the enterprise.
Manage patching, enrollment, configuration profiles, and compliance for devices.
Maintain asset records, ownership, warranty, lifecycle status and inventory reporting.
Configure roles, permissions, and access controls for Windows and macOS devices.
Own endpoint configuration per tenant and coordinate with IT support to reduce incidents.
Coordinate changes requiring code or a custom build with Software team.
Support external IT audits for access, permissions and user recertifications.
