Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. seeks an Endpoint Administrator to maintain and operate Endpoint and Mobile Architecture systems. You will configure MS Intune, Entra ID, and Configuration Manager, while researching new tech to roadmap future End User Support strategies.

You will lead escalations, manage devices and Azure, and mentor staff with training materials and video documentation. Strong problem solving and KPI reporting are essential to reduce outages and improve service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of analyst/systems experience in a large IT environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure administration, and Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows/macOS/iOS/Android, and modern Windows Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages in Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Coordinate escalation on urgent/complex issues as highest support escalation.
• Administer and manage devices, Azure, and the Azure portal.
• Develop escalation processes to improve information flow.
