Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Administrator to maintain and optimize our endpoint and mobile architecture, including Intune, Entra ID, and Configuration Manager.

You will shape the roadmap for End User Support systems and drive reliability across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments. Your role includes deploying software via Intune, mentoring staff, and delivering KPI-driven insights to management, while ensuring minimal production outages and strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3+ years of analyst and systems experience in a large IT environment.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Administration, and Active Directory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, iOS, and modern Windows Server environments.
• Experience supporting, installing, and troubleshooting M365 products (Teams, Teams Premium, New Outlook, Copilot).
• Hands-on experience with hardware/software infrastructure tools, basic network troubleshooting, and modern server/network equipment.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system administration and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ticketing tools.
• Strong inventory management, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver application packages in Intune Endpoint Manager.
• Manage and coordinate urgent and complex support issues as escalation point.
• Administer and manage mobile devices, laptops, Azure, and the Azure Admin portal.
• Develop escalation processes to ensure proper information flow.
• Train, coach, and mentor support staff; create training materials and videos.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
• Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends weekly, monthly, and as needed.
• Advise management on escalated incidents and systemic enhancements.
