Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT work experience
• 10+ years hands-on patch management experience
• Experience with WSUS and SCCM and patch automation
• Ability to pass background checks and security clearance
• Strong documentation and compliance skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end patch management for desktops and laptops.
• Develop, implement, and maintain patch schedules.
• Communicate patch plans and reboots to end users.
• Collaborate with IT and security to test and deploy patches.
• Perform risk and impact assessments for patches.
• Document vulnerabilities and remediation plans.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for patch issues.
• Use WSUS/SCCM to automate patch deployment.
• Maintain SOPs and system configuration docs.
