Job summary

North Carolina A&T State University seeks an Endpoint Management Specialist to lead the secure management of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the campus. You will design baseline configurations, create images, and ensure timely updates and patching with enterprise tools.

The role requires experience with Horizon, vSphere, AD, GPOs, MECM, and security-focused operations. A hybrid work arrangement is possible, and NC residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with two years of endpoint management experience.
• Experience with Windows, Active Directory, GPOs, MECM, Intune, JAMF, and Horizon or similar.
• Experience securing and managing enterprise endpoints and devices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across the university.
• Create secure baseline configurations and images for endpoints and deploy updates/patches.
• Address vulnerabilities and coordinate security upgrades with ITS teams.
