Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Manager, Endpoint Management within the CIO/Digital segment to lead enterprise-scale endpoint engineering and platform operations. This role drives modernization across Windows, macOS, mobile, and VDI, leveraging Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, and cloud-native management while aligning with security, governance, and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) program.

You will lead a team responsible for 35k+ endpoints, collaborate with Cybersecurity and Compliance, and report progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of endpoint management, engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• 4+ years leading engineering and operations teams that manage endpoints in a large environment (20k+ endpoints).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, mobile, and virtual desktop environments.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of endpoint management platforms including Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Citrix VDI.
• Oversee endpoint operations for a large-scale environment (35k+ endpoints); drive automation, security controls, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
