Leidos is seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineering and Collaboration Services Manager to lead multiple engineering teams delivering enterprise endpoint and collaboration services for a federal customer in Rockville, MD. The role requires onsite presence 1-2 days per week and a current Public Trust clearance or higher.

You will own technical standards, roadmaps, and governance across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, JAMF, and Unified Communications, ensuring secure, compliant, and modern

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years IT/IT engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams responsible for enterprise end-user services.
• Experience operating in a regulated enterprise environment with cybersecurity controls and SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for enterprise endpoint, M365, ICAM, mobility, and collaboration services.
• Own roadmaps, backlog prioritization, resource planning, and risk management across endpoint and collaboration portfolios.
• Provide Tier 3 engineering escalation support and technical leadership to staff and senior engineers.
