Premier Bankcard in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an experienced IT Administrator to manage and support enterprise endpoint platforms and core IT systems. This role covers system configuration, software deployment, ITSM support via Freshservice, and collaboration with IT teams to ensure secure operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, scheduling, leading IT initiatives, mentoring staff, and maintaining documentation, with a focus on patch management and vulnerability mitigation to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and ITIL would help.
• Experience with enterprise patch management and security.

Responsibilities

• Assist delegating tasks and manage team workload for timely support.
• Support scheduling, resource planning, and project coordination.
• Lead or co-lead IT initiatives including upgrades, deployments, relocations.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
• Mentor junior administrators and technicians.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, training.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align support with business needs.
• Manage patch management and vulnerability mitigation processes.
