Job summary

First PREMIER Bank is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator in Sioux Falls, SD. You will maintain and optimize Active Directory, Exchange, PAM/IAM, and related infrastructure, troubleshoot complex system issues, and coordinate with vendors for uptime and security.

You will mentor junior staff, manage tasks, and participate in on-call rotations. A related degree and 3–5 years’ enterprise IT experience are preferred, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years administering enterprise Microsoft infrastructure (AD/Exchange).
• Experience with IAM, PAM, and privileged access governance strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software in a data center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical maintenance and recovery support for IT systems.
• Assist with auditing and governance reporting, change management, and capacity planning.
• Support and administer networked systems and perform routine work orders.
• Mentor Systems Administrators and coordinate tasks.
• Lead projects and report progress to management.
• Participate in after-hours on-call support as required.
