Job summary

Arizona Liver Health in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Endpoint Operations Technician to provide Tier I/II IT support across sites, manage tickets, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure in a healthcare setting.

In this full-time role, you will respond to incidents, document resolutions, assist with Active Directory, 3CX, Wi-Fi, and A/V systems, and travel to offsite locations as needed. The position requires CompTIA A+ and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of Tier II helpdesk or technical support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II technical support to staff across sites for hardware, software, and devices.
• Manage and triage FreshService incident queue to meet SLAs.
• Communicate with users professionally to address IT needs and expectations.
• Document and update status of incidents, requests, and projects.
• Provide endpoint support including testing, imaging and QA before deployment.
• Independently resolve common issues; escalate complex problems.
• Maintain organized workspace and protect assets.
