Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
• Create, test, deploy, and maintain Intune configuration profiles and policies.
• Manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Maintain device enrollment profiles, enrollment restrictions, and device configuration standards.
• Monitor enrollment failures, device health, compliance status, and policy deployment results.
• Troubleshoot Intune synchronization, enrollment, configuration, and policy issues.
